Leadership Education Advocacy Partnership
LEAP is a Leadership Education Advocacy Partnership program with the goal of actively supporting the participation of people with developmental disabilities and their families in educational, leadership, self-advocacy and policymaking activities which promote their efforts to achieve independence, productivity, integration and inclusion. Upon approval the LEAP program can provide reimbursement for registration fees, travel and accommodations to conferences, seminars, trainings and workshops that enhance knowledge about disability related issues, or promotes individuals participation in the decisions which affect their lives.
